A side manway is installed for convenient access during cleaning, inspection, and maintenance. Compared to top manways, the side manway offers safer and more ergonomic operation, particularly in facilities with limited headroom.
To ensure uniform temperature during fermentation, the tank is equipped with agitator. The agitator paddle is placed at bottom and higher level. Gentle and controlled agitation improves heat distribution, enhances yeast activity, and helps maintain consistent mash conditions, which is especially beneficial when fermenting thick or high-solid-content mash.
