To meet different cleaning needs in breweries of various sizes, Tiantai provides two types of mobile CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems:
Portable CIP Pump Trolley and Mobile CIP Trolley System with Tanks.
Both solutions are designed for effective, hygienic cleaning, with flexible configurations according to your production scale.
1.) Portable CIP Pump Trolley (CIP Pump Only)
The Portable CIP Pump Trolley is a compact and economical solution for very small brewing systems.
It consists of a sanitary pump mounted on a stainless steel trolley and is designed to be connected to your existing cleaning tanks or water source. This system does not include tanks or heating, making it ideal for breweries that already have basic cleaning infrastructure.
Typical applications:
* Small brewhouses (below 500L)
* Brewpubs and pilot systems
* Limited space or budget-conscious projects

2.) Mobile CIP Trolley System (Complete CIP with Tanks)
For 500L systems and above, as well as medium and larger breweries, we offer a complete mobile CIP system mounted on a trolley.
This system normally includes:
* Caustic tank
* Acid tank
* Sanitary pump
* Piping, valves, and fittings
* Control cabinet
* Mobile trolley frame
The tanks can be equipped with electric heating, and the heating power is customized based on tank volume and local power supply. Standard tank sizes include 100L, 200L, and other capacities can be customized.
Typical applications:
* Commercial breweries
* Multi-tank operations
* Customers requiring independent cleaning circuits with heating
