The 500L Complete Grain Whisky Distillery Equipment is a turnkey system designed for professional grain whisky production. Unlike single malt whisky systems that rely on traditional double pot stills, this equipment adopts column still technology, which is ideal for producing grain whisky with higher efficiency and lighter spirit profiles.
The system integrates all essential stages of whisky making, including milling, mashing, fermentation, distillation, cooling, and CIP cleaning, ensuring smooth operation, stable quality, and compliance with food-grade sanitary standards. Suitable for small to medium-scale distilleries looking for consistent performance and scalable production.

-Malt Milling Unit – High-efficiency grain crusher with adjustable rollers.
-Brewhouse System (500L) – Mash/Lauter tun, hot water tank, and platform with sanitary pumps and piping.
-Fermentation Unit – 4 × 500L jacketed fermenters with glycol cooling system.
-Distillation Column – Continuous column still for grain whisky production.
-Cooling System – 1000L glycol tank with chiller and circulation pump.
-CIP Unit – 100L dual-tank CIP cart for caustic and acid cleaning.
-Control System – Electric control cabinet with temperature and pump control.

Specifications
Packing&Shipping
Before delivery, all of tanks and accessories included in beer brewery equipment will be packed with PE films and frame.
During loading, tanks will be wired with iron wire and bolt to fix them inside container. After delivery, loading drawing will be provided to customer for learning loading layout.
