The 600-liter apple cider production equipment line is a compact, efficient, and scalable solution designed for small-to-medium cideries, craft beverage startups, and R&D facilities. Capable of producing 500 liters per batch, this system offers a complete, hygienic, and streamlined workflow from raw apple processing to finished, packaged cider.
 
Balancing artisanal quality with commercial reliability, this system is well-suited for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cider production in still or sparkling formats. It provides the flexibility to experiment with flavor profiles while maintaining professional process control and product consistency.



Configuration of 600L Apple Cider Production Equipment

Apple Handling & Preparation

Apple Crusher/Mill (500–800 kg/hr)

Compact Apple Washer with Manual or Automatic Elevator
Efficient removal of dirt and debris before crushing.
Produces fine mash for high juice yield.
 Juice Extraction
Juice Collection Tank (800–1000L)
Stainless steel tank with outlet valve and sanitary fittings.
Juice Treatment 
Mini Pasteurizer (Plate or Coil Type)
For heat-treating juice (mainly for non-alcoholic cider or microbial stabilization).
Holding Tank/Heating Tank
For pasteurized juice before fermentation or cooling.
Cooling
Plate Heat Exchanger or Small Glycol Chiller
Reduces juice temperature to fermentation range (15–20°C) quickly and efficiently.
Fermentation
500L Stainless Steel Fermentation Tanks (1–3 units recommended)
With glycol cooling jackets, temperature control, airlocks, and sample valves.
Glycol Cooling Unit Compact chiller to maintain stable fermentation temperatures.
Clarification & Aging

Bright Tank (Optional)
Cartridge Filter or Plate & Frame Filter (Optional)
Clarifies cider post-fermentation.
Used for carbonating, blending, or sweetening prior to bottling.
 Packaging
Semi-Automatic Bottle Filler / Counter Pressure Filler
Suitable for glass bottles or PET.
 
Manual Capping or Crowning Machine
For secure sealing of bottles.
 
Optional Keg Filling Unit
For draft cider packaging.
