Special designed 1000L two vessel brewhouse equipment

From vessel construction to heating performance and overall process integration, every detail has been optimized to ensure stable and efficient brewing operations.

The 1000L brewhouse is designed as a two-vessel system, combining efficient operation with a compact layout. With double batch hot liquor tank and cold water liquor tank, the hot liquor tank allowing flexible management for mashing, lautering, sparging, and cleaning processes. The cold water will be used to cool hot wort by a single stage heat exchanger.
 
The hot and cold liquor tank features a tall and narrow design, significantly reducing the overall footprint of the system while maintaining sufficient working volume. This space-saving configuration is particularly well suited for breweries where floor space is limited.
 
The brewhouse is controlled by a standard PID control system, ensuring accurate temperature regulation and stable process control throughout the brewing cycle. This setup provides reliable repeatability and user-friendly operation, making the system suitable for both experienced brewers and developing breweries.
