For our Italian client, we proudly delivered a custom-built 2000L fully automatic brewery system — a perfect fusion of advanced automation and traditional brewing philosophy.
The basic autoamtion includes mixed water PID automatic adjustment; wort cooling PID automatic adjustment; automation of brewing process; automation of wort filtration and spent grain discharge, automation of boiling and whirlpool, automation of mashing in before official brew day, automation of vessel pre-heating and flushing, which greatly improves brewing efficiency. All of these are realized by pneumatic valves, various proximity switch, level and empty sensors, foam sensor, and Tiantai self-owned brewing software.
The brewhouse combination MT + LT + KT + WT + HLT + CLT, with dedicated automatic CIP system. The brewhouse was built on a traditional European brewing structure and enhanced with modern intelligent control technology, the system enables fully automated operation from mashing to wort transfer. We are able to realize one-click brewing, minimizing manual intervention while maximizing consistency.
The Kettle Tun is equipped with a built-in internal calandria, offering significant advantages over conventional external heating designs:
- Faster temperature ramp-up
- Higher thermal efficiency
- Compact structure with reduced heat loss
- More precise temperature control
- Easier CIP cleaning
- Food-grade hygienic compliance
This configuration optimizes both energy efficiency and space utilization — a key requirement for our Italian customer.
The Whirlpool Tank is specially designed with a bottom dispersing device, which:
- Enhances trub separation efficiency
- Reduces settling time
The system not only meets commercial brewing production standards but also enhances brand image for brewery tours and showroom presentation, the brewhouse tanks are built with 3mm and 4mm food-grade stainless steel plate, adopt seamless polishing, optimized piping layout for easy maintenance, and modular design for future expansion.
