1000L brewery finished installation in New Caledonia and customer start brewing beer
New Caledonia is often the ambassador for French gastronomy in the heart of the Pacific, which is close to Australia. If someday you come to here, you have a place where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and drink at beach.
Firstly, let me me share you more information about brewhouse configuration:
1) The brewhouse combination is MT + LT + KWT + 20HL HLT. It is suitable to do infusion and decoction mashing method.
2) The brewhouse tanks are heated by steam, which need extra steam boiler. The rated steam output 200kg/hr is OK.
3) With glass wort grant place between lauter tank and kettle tank as buffer tank, which avoid negative pressure under the false bottom. It helps protect tanks in good working condition.
4) With PLC control to storage beer recipes with alarm reminding for brewing or hopping process.
5) With pneumatic valve for hot water supply automatically during mashing or sparging.
6) With control manifold to combine valves at front for operating conveniently.
7) With glass manway and flash light to get a better view during mashing.
8) With sink on platform for wort sampling, density testing, hands washing etc.
9) With wort collect rings under false bottom, which allow wort flow through by multi routes rather than single route, thus help speeding lautering process.
10) With anti rinser under false bottom, which can be used to loose grain bed when it is compact or to clean false bottom.
With COVID influence, our engineer is not able to fly for installation. But this will not delay our customer’s schedule, we made remote support and service. Everything goes smoothly.
