Brief introduction

800l 7 bbl brewing system is suitable for those for plan to produce beer of around 28 bbl-84 bbl ( 1600l-9600l) per week. Normally the brewhouse structure can be 2-vessel, or 3-vessel model, and heated by steam, direct fire or electric. The fermentation tanks can be 800l/7bbl or 1600ll/70bbl and with different quantities for different brewing intention. The Auxiliary machine include: miller, glycol cooling system, control panel, CIP.

Features

1. Two vessels with hot water, 800Liter/batch, first batch takes about 8 hours, and two batches of 14 hours are allowed;
2. The exterior shell of the brewhouse tanks are mirror polishing, so looks shiny under the light. It is preferred by pub, bars or restaurants due to the outstanding outlook. More maintenance/clean work is needed during using to keep the shiny outlook.
3. The kettle and hot liquor tank are heated by direct fire. Two extra burners are needed. It is suitable for those who has limited budget to use steam. Boiling kettle is mounted with mixer to spreading the local heat to avoid scorch problem.
4. The wort cooled by tap water and -5 ºC ice water to cool in two stages, Single stage available;
5. Mashing heating and fermentation cooling automatically controlled, and manual control switched at any time;
6. Manual valve control, humanized operation, low equipment investment cost, high cost performance; PLC automatic control for upgrade;
7. It can brew most craft beers on market, such as lagers, ales, stout, porter, pork, IPA etc.
