Why the tank pressure cannot rise after sealing the beer fermenting tank?

After sealing the beer fermentation tank, the increase in tank pressure is related to the rate and amount of carbon dioxide produced, as well as the pressure holding conditions of the beer bright storage tank. Therefore, there may be the following reasons for the tank pressure not rising after sealing:

1. Sealed tank mouths, valves and pipe joints, etc. where there is air leakage, or where there are cracks, trachoma, etc. at the mouth and lid of the barrel;

2. The sealing time is too late, the sugar reduction transition, too much carbon dioxide is released, and then the fermentation gradually tends to stop, unable to produce the required amount of carbon dioxide;

3. The number of fermenting sugars or yeast cells in the liquor is too low or the temperature of the liquor is too low when the wine is released, the post-fermentation is not vigorous, and the amount of carbon dioxide produced is slow and small;

4. When rising to the specified tank pressure or after overpressure, the pressure release rate of carbon dioxide is too fast or excessive, causing the tank pressure to decrease sharply, but the rate of carbon dioxide produced by fermentation is gradually slow;

5. The amount of beer in the beer bright storage tank is too small, the fermentation broth is only 50% to 60% of the beer fermenting tank capacity, and the post-fermentation is not vigorous, and the amount of carbon dioxide produced is insufficient.
