Why do beer cans become more popular than beer bottles in craft brewery?

As professional craft brewery equipment manufacturer in China, we find more and more our customers are inquiring canning line in recent years. Why does beer cans become more popular than beer bottles in craft brewery? After talking with customers and doing survey in market, we saw many advantages of selling beers in cans.
1.) Beer cans is able to Improve beer quality and prolong shelf life
As you know, beer is afraid of light. Light can affect beer’s quality and stability. Glass bottles are transparent. It means light is easier come through. On the contrary, beer cans manage to protect the beer from light very well.
2.) Beer cans costs much less than bottles
Firstly, cost of cans is cheaper than bottles; Secondly, although both cans and bottles can be recycled, bottles requests a certain guarantee deposit for recycling, which would occupy our fund flow to some degree. Thirdly, 100% beer cans can be recycled while some glass bottles might be broken during rinsing, filling, packaging, transporting, storing etc.
3.) Beer cans is more eco-friendly
As we just mentioned, glass bottles are fragile. Broken bottles would cause contamination to environment.
4.) Beer cans is easier to transport
Beer cans is lighter and more durable a lot than bottle, which makes it easier to transport than bottles. Even, some countries would request cans instead of Bottles for beer exporting.
5.) Beer cans are easier to open
Beer cans are easier to open as you do not need a bottle opener.
6.) Beer Cans are easier to chill
Beer cans can be chilled down quicker as they are smaller and they have a thinner wall compared to glass bottles.
