What are the commonly used fungicides in brewery beer production?

The fungicides commonly used in beer production are as follows.
 
1.Formaldehyde vapor. For air sterilization in fermentation workshops and other places, use 10mL of formaldehyde per 1m3 space. Mixed with potassium permanganate, mix 1 part of potassium permanganate and 2 parts of 37%~40% formaldehyde.
 
2.1% formaldehyde solution. For sterilization of equipment, containers or pipelines and immersion sterilization of tools, valves and fittings.
 
3.2% formaldehyde solution. For sterilization and immersion sterilization of equipment, containers, pipes or tools, etc.
 
4. Milk of lime. For the inner wall and floor of the production workshop and wine storage room, brush and spray for 30 minutes.
 
5.2% available chlorine bleaching powder. 20% effective chlorine bleaching powder diluted 10 times with water is used for soaking and sterilizing rubber shoes or sand filter rods and tools, as well as painting and sterilizing the floors and walls of fermentation workshops.
 
6.0.1% available chlorine bleaching powder. It is used for immersion sterilization of rubber shoes, sand filter rods, tools, etc.
 
7.0.1% peracetic acid. Can be used instead of 1%~2% formaldehyde solution, but slightly corrosive
 
8.75% alcohol. It can be used for the sterilization of containers, valves, nozzles and joints, thermometers and sugar scales.
 
9. SO2 gas. Sulphur and alcohol are ignited and ignited for sterilization in fermentation rooms, airtight containers and vertical storage spaces. The dosage is 20~25g/m3.
