How to prove Tiantai is your reliable brewery equipment manufacturer?

"How to select a reliable manufacturer for your brewery equipment?'', It must be a very nerve-wracking issue for most of people. All of manufacturers say their quality is the best, their service is the most comprehensive and their price is the most cost-efficient etc. Particularly, when it is not easy to distinguish difference from brewery equipment's appearance, you will feel more headache how to select reliable one.
Sometimes, favorable reviews will help. But when some customers give favorable reviews, they might have not started to use their brewery equipment. That is to say, some favorable reviews are not referrible. In this case, your attention can be paid more to "Repurchase Rate". If one customer would like to buy two times or more times from one same brewery equipment manufactuer, this manufactuer must have some worthy advantages deserving it.
Here, we would like to share two customers who buy brewery equipment from us for 3 times, Bay Boys Brewing in US and Gorilla Brewing Co in Korea.
First is Bay Boys Brewing in US. In 2019, they bought a set 7bbl brewery system from us, inclduing Grain Milling Unit [300~500kg/hr], Flexible Auger, 600L Grist silo, 7bbl 2-vessel brewhouse with 7bbl hot liquor tank, 6sets x 7bbl beer fermenter unitanks, 14BBL Glycol cooling unit, 10P glycol chiller, brewhouse control cabinet and fermenting control cabinet, 100L CIP Cleaning Cart. Bay Boys Brewing makes great success with this 7bbl brewery system. Their first expanding plan comes soon. They bought new 7BBL beer fermentor, 15BBL beer fermentation tanks, horizontal bright beer tanks etc from us in 2021. Please refer to following picture.
This year, their second expanding plan comes as well. They buy a set 15bbl brewery system from us. At this moment, all of units have been ready for shipping. New brewery equipment will come back to US home soon.
Second is Gorilla Brewing Co in Korea. In 2014, they bought a complete 1000L brewery equipment from us, including mill, 1000L 2-Vessel brewhouse, 1000L fermentation unitank, control panel etc.Please refer to following picture.
After installing this 1000L brewery equipment, they start their craft beer brewing journey immediately. With rich brewing experience, professional brewing technology and great passion, their craft beer are extremely welcomed by local people.In order to meet increasing demand, their first expanding plan for brewery equipment came soon. In 2016, they bought new 2000L fermentation unitank from us.
Although craft beer market were infected a lot during COVID-19, Gorilla Brewing Co’s craft beer were still sold very well. In 2022, the restrictions of COVID-19 is lifted totally. They launched their second expanding plan. They are no longer limited to buy new fermentation unitank. They bought a 3000L brewery equipment directly. Please refer to following picture. A BIG HIT. It did happen. Congratulate to Gorilla Brewing Co. But we know this is not ending. They must be make greater success in future, we believe.
