If the brewery space is limited and you do not want to make concession on beer production, how to do? The most efficient solution is decrease diameter of fermenter and brite tank. Here, we would like to show you some customized 2000L “Slim”Fermenter and Brite Tank. Please refer to following picture.
Standard 2000L fermenter is 1560mm wide and 3130mm high; standard 2000L brite tank is 1560mm wide and 2470mm high. According to Estonia customer’s building, 2000L fermenter is customized to be 1260mm wide and 3840mm high; 2000L brite tank is customized to be 1160mm wide and 3910mm high, much thinner and higher than standard type.
If ceiling height allows, you can even stack two fermenters or brite tanks for more beer production.
Another advantage is for shipping. Based on standard size, 1x40 feet container can only fit 4 sets 2000L tank. Based on customized size, 1x40 feet container can fit 6 sets 2000L tank. A pleasant surprise, LOL.
