600L beer making machine was shipped to Australia
In this artical, we would like to share some photos of our new finished 600L beer making machine, it was designed for one of our Australian customer in Queensland. Every of our order with some special designs more or less, sincerely these could help to give you some better ideas on your ownbeer brewery project.
(1). The 600L brewhouse based on three vessel: Mash/lauter tun + Brew kettle + Whirlpool tun + 1200L Hot liquor tank. This customer has a limited building for installation, so many tanks are designed with smaller diameter to save space; The brewhouse control unit was installed above platform for easier operation during brewing; The brew kettle based on gas fire heating; the Hot liquor tank based on electric heating;

(2). There are total 10x600L jacketed fermenters in the whole beer making machine system, all of the fermenters are designed with smaller diameter as well; All of the fermenters adopted mirror stainless steel material; Each two fermenters are stacked together to save space;

(3). All of the valves are designed located infront of the platform for easily operation; There is a filter being installed before heat exchanger, for separating trub and solid inside the wort; There is Germany IFM flowmeter being installed after heat exchanger, for monitoring how much cold fermentable wort;

(4). There is grist silo being installed above the mash/lauter tun, it could help to save some milled malt in advance; All of the brewhouse tanks with glass manhole cover; And each tank with light on top as well; You can check out what is going on inside during brewing.

(5). There is agitator inside the separated brew kettle, stirring to get more evenly temperature; There is grain rake inside the mash/lauter tun, with manual lifted scraper for removing spent grain; Both of the agitator and grain rake with VFD controller;
