500L Brewery Equipment Exported to Curacao

Recently, we just exported a 500L brewery equipment to Curacao. The basic configuration is 500L 2-Vessel brewhouse with 1000L fermenter and brite tank. Here are some pictures for your better reference.
1.) 500L Brewhouse
*2-Vessel, Mash/Lauter tun+Kettle/Whirlpool tun, with 1000L Hot Water tank;
*Kettle/Whirlpool tun and Hot Water tank are electric heated;
*2 pcs German IFM flow meter for measuring mashing water&sparging water and beer from brite tank to keg
2.) 1000L Fermentation Unit
*5 sets 1000L Fermenter with side manhole
*1 set 1000L Brite tank with side manhole
3.) Glycol chilling unit
*1 set 500L Glycol Water tank;
*1 set 1000L Cold Water tank;
*2 sets 3hp chiller;
*PPR and PEX Glycol Water pipeline.
If budget allows, we do recommend Cold Water tank for wort cooling in heat exchanger, like this project. Although you need to invest more with one tank adding, it can help you save energy efficiently. You know, saving energy equals to saving money. Extra investment to Cold Water tank would be back soon.
4.) Control panel
*1 set Brewhouse Control Cabinet;
*1 set Fermentation Control Cabinet;
We separate brewhouse and fermentation control. In this case, you can put brewhouse control cabinet on brewhouse working platform and put fermentation control cabinet close to fermenter/brite tank. It is very convenient for brewer to operate.
