A 10HL Brewhouse is the ideal model for microbreweries and brewpubs that want to enter into the craft beer world, but also for wineries, farms, beverage manufacturers and restaurant owners looking to diversify an existing business.
Consisting of an AISI 304/316 stainless steel structure with all its parts already connected, this Brewhouse is ready for operation in France after connection to the electric, water and/or gas supply lines. Complete with a mash /lauter tun, kettle / Whirlpool tun, a hot liquor tank and a cooling exchanger.
Supplied in two versions, automatic and semi-automatic, Tiantai customized Brewhouse is equipped with a tank for mashing /lautering, another tank for boiling / whirpool.
Suitable for the production of any types of beer, this Brewhouse is user-friendly, simple to operate and requires no extra labour when being moved or replaced. The wort recirculation process inside the wall under the level of the liquid and the transfers from the lower part that limit the possibility of oxidation of the wort, together with the higher lautering efficiency of the brewhouse.
The brewhouse also added some other automation to assure good working condition.
1) KWT with Negele level sensor to avoid dry-heating without liquid
2) Electric heater were designed voltage module to adjust power accordingly
3) Each brewing step has its dedicated pump.
4) Auto wort cooling station to cool wort temperature down automatically
5) High and low level sensor on wort grant for auto wort lautering
