When it comes to Japanese alcoholic beverage, shochu and sake are well known by most of people. But in recent years, craft beer market in Japan is booming gradually. Benefiting from this trend, we have helped many Japanese customers to manufacture their nano brewery system, micro brewery system, commercial brewery system or brewpub brewery systems etc in past a few of years.
For Vector Brewing company, the brewery system we customize for them is 4000L.
1.) Brewhouse
*Classical 2-Vessel, 4000L Mash/Lauter tun+4000L Kettle/Whirlpool tun, with 8000L Hot Liquor tank;
*All of brewhouse tanks are fabricated with dimple plate for steam heating. Compared with direct fire or electric heating, steam can heat mash/wort more evenly and vigorously, as well as no scorch;
*Automatic pneumatic butterfly valve, automatic water blending station, automatic wort cooling station;
*Siemens PLC with touch screen.
2.) Fermentation unit
*4 sets 4000L fermenters;
*Glycol jacket on side wall and cone bottom;
*Sanitary side mounted manhole with pressured door;
*60 degree cone bottom;
*Horizontal mounted rotating racking arm;
3.) Glycol chilling unit
*1x4000L Glycol water tank, 1x5000L Cold liquor tank, 2x15HP chillers;
*Extra 14-16 sets fermenters can be added in future for expanding production based on current glycol chilling unit.
