Indonesia is close to the equator, belonging to tropical rainforest climate. It is hot and rainy all year around, without obvious summer and winter. In this case, it would be a good investment to build a craft brewery since beer must be needed in full year based on climatic conditions. In 2021, we exported a 1000L brewery equipment to Indonesia. Now, the brewery equipment had been installed and put into brewing already. Here are some pictures for your reference.
1.) Brewhouse is classical 3-Vessel, which supports both decoction and infusion.
2.) Fermentation unit is combined 1000L and 2000L fermentation unitank, 5x1000L+3x2000L.
3.) Glycol chilling unit includes 1 set 2000L glycol water tank and 2x5hp chillers.
