We are proud to announce that one of our flagship 2000L distillery equipment has been successfully installed and commissioned in Canada, marking another milestone in our journey to support premium craft spirit production around the world.
This customized distillery system was designed with performance, flexibility, and long-term reliability in mind, ideal for a distillery seeking both quality and capacity
I. System Overview
The complete production line includes:
1.) 2000L Mash & Lauter Tun + 4000L Hot Water Tank.
2.) 3 x 2000L Fermentation Tanks.
Jacketed and temperature-controlled, these fermenters are built for stable and efficient fermentation cycles.
3.) 2000L Copper Still.
The heart of the operation, this system is engineered for precision and versatility, supporting a variety of spirit types.
4.) Glycol Chilling System: 1 x Glycol Water Tank, 1 x Cold Water Tank and 2 x Chillers
This ensures optimal temperature control for both fermentation and distillation, even in demanding production environments.
5.) Control Cabinet – Centralized automation and real-time monitoring for ease of operation and reliability.
6.) 4 x 500L Rectangular Liquor Storage Tanks – Space-saving and practical, designed for aging or temporary holding of finished spirits.
7.) 300L Two-Tank CIP Cart – Enables efficient cleaning of the entire system, maintaining hygiene and reducing downtime.
