Kombucha is a delicious bubbly fermented tea that has existed for many hundreds of years. It is raw, non-alcoholic and made by fermenting sweet tea with a live kombucha culture.
Over a decade ago, The owner of Cross Culture Kombucha decided to stop drinking alcohol and start living a healthier lifestyle. But finding a healthy, non-alcoholic beverage that also tasted great was harder than he imagined... and he was getting tired of drinking seltzer water with lime.Then he found kombucha. he started brewing this healthy drink at home, but his hobby quickly turned into an obsession.His wife Liz joined him in brewing, and they began to share our kombucha with others. Then launched Cross Culture Kombucha with the vision of providing the non-drinkers and health-conscious a delicious drink that can be enjoyed at any time, especially socially with family and friends.

We feel so honored to be manufacturer of their Cross Culture kombucha brewing equipment. As they have had some brewing supplies before contacting with us, they only buy some 15bbl storage tank from us this time. Actually, kombucha brewing also needs brew kettle with agitator, hot water tank, 1st stage scoby tank, 2nd stage fermentation tank, filter, glycol chiller, CIP unit and bottling line etc.



Delicious and healthy kombucha comes. The god can not wait to enjoy. LOL
