When Bitter Sisters Brew Company decided it was time to expand their beer production capabilities to meet growing demand, they chose our 10bbl micro brewery system as the perfect solution to elevate their operations.
Key configurations of this 10bbl brewing system includes:
1) 1x Malt Mill (500-800kg/hr);
2) 1x Two Vessel Brewhouse (Mash/Lauter tun+Kettle/Whirlpool tun, with Hot Liquor tank);
3) 6x Beer Fermentation Unitanks;
4) 1x Brewhouse Control Panel;
5) 1x Fermentation Control Panel;
6) 1x Glycol Cooling System(2500L Glycol Water Tank+2x5HP Chiller+Pipeline)
7) 1x 100L Two-Tank CIP Cart;
