Birrificio Artigianale Noiz selected Tiantai Brewtech to design and supply a complete 1000L brewery system, tailored to their production goals and brewing philosophy. This project represents not only a technical installation, but also a partnership built on shared enthusiasm for authentic craft brewing.
I.) A Complete 1000L Brewery System for Artisanal Excellence
The brewery’s new system includes the following key components:
* Grain Malt Mill [300–500 kg/hr] – ensuring consistent grain size for optimal mashing efficiency.
* 1000L Two-Vessel Brewhouse (Mash/Lauter Tun + Kettle/Whirlpool Tun) with 2000L Hot Liquor Tank – the heart of the brewing process, delivering both precision and flexibility.
* 1000L and 2000L Fermentation Tanks – designed for different batch volumes, offering versatility for both core beers and seasonal specialties.
* Glycol Cooling Unit – a complete system including glycol water tank, chiller, pipelines, pump, and fittings, ensuring consistent temperature control throughout fermentation and conditioning.
* Brewhouse and Fermentation Control Cabinets – for precise process monitoring and automation, simplifying daily operations.
* 100L CIP Cart with Two Tanks, Dedicated Pump, and Control Cabinet – guaranteeing hygiene and quick changeovers between batches.
* Automatic 2-Station, 2-Tank Keg Rinser – streamlining packaging with efficiency and consistency.
This integrated brewery system provides Birrificio Artigianale Noiz with the perfect combination of efficiency, flexibility, and craftsmanship — allowing them to brew both flagship beers and limited-edition batches with the same consistency and quality.
