Turnkey 20,000KL Brewery Solution

We’re excited to share with you one of our latest turnkey brewery projects, designed for an annual capacity of 20,000 KL of beer. Please check following pictures.
This complete production line showcases our strong engineering capability and rich project experience, covering every step of the brewing process:
- Malt crushing system
- Brewhouse system
- Fermentation system
- Brite beer system
- Filtration system
- Packaging system
- Refrigeration system
- Air compressor system
- Steam heating system
- Brewing water supply system
- CIP system
In the early stage, key components such as brewhouse, fermentation tanks, and brite beer tanks were welded and pre-assembled in our factory. Once completed, the equipment was transported to the client’s site, where our experienced installation team carried out:
- Thermal insulation
- Outer shell assembly
- Pipeline welding and integration
- Complete system connection
After several months of close collaboration with the client, the entire brewery has now successfully completed the initial commissioning and is ready to start full-scale production.
This project is a great example of how we deliver high-quality, tailor-made turnkey solutions, helping our customers build modern, efficient, and scalable breweries from the ground up.
