Ginger Drink Production Machine is a fully integrated solution designed for the efficient and hygienic processing of fresh ginger into a delicious, ready-to-drink beverage or alcoholic drink. From cleaning and crushing the raw ginger roots to filtering, mixing, pasteurizing, and filling, the entire system ensures consistent quality and high productivity.

Basic Equipment needed for Ginger Drink Production Machine
1. Ginger Washing Machine
Removes dirt, soil, and surface contaminants.
Optional peeling function for cleaner flavor.
2. Ginger Crusher / Grinder
Crushes the ginger into pulp for juice extraction.
Ensures maximum release of juice and active ingredients.
3. Juice Extractor / Screw Press
Separates juice from ginger fiber and pulp.
Suitable for both cold-pressed and hot extraction methods.
4. Filtration System
Filters out fine particles and impurities.
Achieves a clear, smooth liquid base.
5. Mixing Tank / Blending Tank
For mixing ginger juice with water, sugar, lemon, honey, or other ingredients.
May include agitators and heating elements.
6. Glycol Cooling System
Cool the ginger drink to fermentation temperature and maintain at certain degree
7. Fermentation Tank
Stainless steel, food-grade
Temperature control (cooling jacket or glycol system)
Pressure-rated (if carbonation is involved)
For alcoholid drink, the fermentation tank is needed. For RTD products, not need.
8. Pasteurization Unit
Heats the drink to kill bacteria and extend shelf life.
Temperature-controlled (typically 75–90°C for a few seconds).
9. Cooling Tank (optional)
Rapidly cools the drink after pasteurization before filling.
10. Filling Machine
Bottles or pouches the ginger drink.
Manual, semi-automatic, or automatic options depending on scale.
11. Capping / Sealing Machine
Applies caps or seals to filled containers.
12. Labeling Machine (optional)
Applies product labels to bottles or pouches.
