I. From Premium Tea to Premium Kombucha

Brewing outstanding kombucha begins with exceptional tea preparation. The heart of this brewing system is a 1000L Tea Brew Kettle, specially designed to maximize flavor extraction while ensuring uniform heating throughout the process.

The Brew Kettle features:

- Double wall tank with 80mm insulation
- Steam jacket heating for gentle and efficient temperature control
- Bottom-mounted agitator for uniform mixing and improved extraction
- Food-grade stainless steel construction
- Sanitary design for easy cleaning and maintenance

Compared with traditional manual tea brewing methods, the automated brewing system delivers more consistent tea concentration and significantly improves production efficiency while reducing labor costs.

Supporting the brewing process is a 1000L Hot Water Tank, also equipped with a steam heating jacket. The hot water tank provides stable hot water for tea extraction, cleaning operations, and production preparation, ensuring continuous operation without interruptions.

II. Optimized Two-Stage Fermentation Process

One of the defining characteristics of high-quality kombucha is a carefully controlled fermentation process.

To meet different production requirements, this kombucha project adopts a professional two-stage fermentation design, allowing producers to optimize flavor development, acidity, carbonation, and product consistency.

* Stage One: Scoby Fermentation

The brewing system includes two 1000L First Stage Scoby Tanks.

These vessels feature:

- Open-top atmospheric design
- Double-wall with 80mm insulation
- Cooling jackets for temperature regulation
- Stainless steel sanitary finish

The open configuration creates an ideal environment for SCOBY growth while allowing sufficient oxygen exposure during primary fermentation. The insulated tank body helps maintain stable fermentation temperatures, while the cooling jacket enables producers to precisely control the process according to seasonal conditions and recipe requirements.

Using two fermentation tanks also provides greater production flexibility, enabling staggered batches and continuous manufacturing schedules.

* Stage Two: Carbonation and Flavor Development

After primary fermentation, kombucha is transferred into two 1000L Second Stage Kombucha Fermentation Tanks.

Unlike the first-stage vessels, these fermentation tanks are designed as closed pressure fermentation tanks, making them suitable for controlled secondary fermentation and natural carbonation.

Key features include:

- Fully enclosed sanitary design
- Pressure-rated construction
- Double-wall with 80mm insulation
- Integrated cooling jackets
- Precise temperature control

This configuration allows producers to carefully manage carbonation levels while preserving delicate aromas and flavors. It also creates ideal conditions for fruit additions, botanical infusions, herbal recipes, or specialty kombucha formulations.

The pressure design minimizes contamination risks while improving product stability and repeatability, making it an excellent solution for commercial production.

III. Cold Storage for Maximum Freshness

To preserve the finished beverage before packaging, the brewing system is equipped with a 1000L Kombucha Storage Tank.

Like the secondary fermentation vessels, the storage tank features:

- Closed pressure construction
- Double-wall with 80mm insulation
- Cooling jacket
- Sanitary stainless steel finish

The storage tank maintains product freshness while stabilizing carbonation and flavor before filling. Whether the final product is packaged into bottles, cans, or kegs, proper cold storage helps deliver a consistent drinking experience to consumers.

IV. Complete Auxiliary Systems for Turnkey Production

A professional kombucha brewery requires much more than fermentation vessels.

This 1000L kombucha project is supplied with a complete set of supporting utilities, including:

- Intelligent Control System

The integrated control system simplifies daily operation by monitoring temperatures, pumps, valves, and production processes. Operators can manage multiple production stages with improved accuracy and reduced manual intervention, increasing both productivity and consistency.

- Steam Heating System

The steam system delivers efficient thermal energy for tea brewing and hot water generation while providing gentle heating that protects delicate tea aromas and flavors.

- Glycol Cooling System

Stable fermentation temperatures are essential for producing high-quality kombucha. The glycol cooling system works together with the cooling jackets installed on each fermentation and storage tank, allowing producers to maintain ideal fermentation conditions throughout every season.

- CIP Cleaning System

Food safety begins with cleanliness. The integrated CIP (Clean-In-Place) system enables fast and efficient cleaning without disassembling equipment. This reduces downtime, saves water and chemicals, and helps maintain strict hygienic standards required for commercial beverage production.

V. Built for Growth

The 1000L kombucha production capacity offers an ideal balance between flexibility and efficiency.

It is suitable for:

- Craft kombucha breweries
- Functional beverage manufacturers
- Health drink startups
- Contract beverage producers
- Existing breweries expanding into kombucha production

The modular design also makes future expansion simple. Additional fermentation tanks, storage vessels, blending systems, filtration units, or automated filling lines can be integrated as production demand grows.
