We successfully completed the production of a 7BBL steam brewhouse system for our valued customer in Mexico. The brewhouse combination is Mash/Lauter Tun (MLT), a Kettle/Whirlpool Tun (KWT), and a Hot Liquor Tank (HLT) - offering a compact and efficient layout perfectly suited for craft breweries.
To ensure stable and reliable operation, the brewhouse is equipped with a glass grant, placing between lauter tank and kettle tank, which helps to prevent negative pressure inside the lauter tun and protects the vessel’s shape well during wort filtration. This feature not only safeguards the tank but also ensures smooth wort transfer and consistent brewing results.
For convenient daily operation and cleaning, the system is designed with manifolds for both wort transfer and CIP (clean-in-place) circuits. Operators can easily manage brewing steps, switch between functions, and maintain sanitary conditions without complicated adjustments.
With steam heating, the system achieves precise temperature control and energy efficiency - ideal for consistent step mashing, boiling, and wort clarification. Each tank is built from high-quality stainless steel with fine polishing, ensuring durability, hygiene, and an attractive appearance.
Now the 7bbl brewhouse is fully assembled and tested in Tiantai’s factory, it is ready for shipping to Mexico, where it will soon begin a new chapter - helping our client craft unique local beers with professional-grade quality and reliability.
