The new facility is designed with a 600L steam heated brewhouse, which assure brewing heating efficiency. The system includes a complete configuration of Mash Tun (MT), Lauter Tun (LT), Kettle Whirlpool Tun (KWT), and Hot Liquor Tank (HLT), ensuring a smooth and professional brewing process.
To support production flexibility and scalability, the project is equipped with 14 fermentation tanks. Among them, 10 are double-batch fermenters and 4 are single-batch fermentation tanks, allowing the brewery to optimize output while maintaining precise control over different beer styles.
In terms of automation, the brewhouse adopts a standard PID control system, while fermentation is managed by a PLC system. This setup not only ensures accuracy and consistency but also enables remote monitoring and control, providing the client with greater convenience and operational efficiency.
Beyond the core brewing system, the client also invested in complementary equipment for their brewery project, including a dual-head keg washer and a dual-head keg filling machine. These additions further enhance the brewery’s overall workflow and packaging efficiency.
