II. Complete 600L Kombucha Production Line Configuration

1. Brewing System

The brewing process begins with tea extraction and sugar dissolution in our specially designed brew kettle.

* 600L Brew Kettle with Top Motorized Agitator × 1 Set

The motorized agitator ensures thorough mixing and efficient heat transfer during tea brewing, providing a consistent foundation for fermentation.

2. Two-Stage Fermentation System

Kombucha fermentation is the heart of the production process. To achieve optimal flavor development and product consistency, this project adopts a two-stage fermentation design.

First-Stage SCOBY Fermentation
* 600L 1st Stage SCOBY Tank (Open Top, Atmospheric Pressure) × Multiple Sets

The open-top design creates an ideal environment for SCOBY growth and primary fermentation, allowing the culture to develop naturally while converting sugars into organic acids and beneficial compounds.

Second-Stage Kombucha Fermentation
* 600L 2nd Stage Kombucha Fermentation Tank (Dished Top, Isobaric Pressure) × Multiple Sets

The second-stage fermentation tanks are designed for controlled fermentation under pressure, helping retain carbonation and develop the desired flavor profile before filtration and packaging.

3. Finished Product Storage

The storage tank provides a hygienic buffer between fermentation and filling, ensuring smooth production scheduling and consistent product quality.

4. Filtration System

To achieve a clean and attractive final product, the line includes a two-step filtration process:
