Our 500L beer fermentation tank is built to support brewers through this critical stage with a balance of solid engineering, hygienic construction, and practical details that make everyday operation safer and more efficient.
Constructed from high-quality SUS 304 stainless steel and manufactured using automated TIG welding, the tank offers long-term durability and excellent sanitary performance. The fully polished interior promotes smooth yeast movement and allows for fast, effective cleaning between batches.

Stable temperature control is achieved through a well-designed glycol cooling jacket, ensuring even heat exchange during fermentation and maturation. This helps brewers maintain consistent flavor profiles and repeatable results from batch to batch.
For breweries that practice dry hopping, the tank can be equipped with a dedicated hop pitching tank. This allows hops to be added under controlled conditions without depressurizing the fermenter, reducing oxygen pickup and improving operator safety. It also helps preserve aroma and flavor while keeping the fermentation environment stable.

A rotatable horizontal racking arm enables clean beer discharge while minimizing yeast disturbance and product loss. Together with the conical bottom design, it simplifies yeast harvesting and improves overall production efficiency.
With adjustable working pressure, a sanitary top manhole, a 360° rotary CIP spray ball, and a full set of hygienic valves and fittings, the tank is designed for easy operation, reliable cleaning, and long service life in real brewery environments.

While primarily designed for beer fermentation and maturation, this 500L fermentation tank can also be used for secondary fermentation of kombucha, offering flexibility for producers working with multiple beverage styles.
