Steam heated 3 vessel 20bbl craft brewery equipment ready for delivery
Hi everyone,
We noted that the pandemic enter the second or third wave with fierce force in some countries,
So please do take good care of your family and yourself, and do not forget to wear mask when going out!
The year 2020 is coming to the end soon. It is generally our busiest season in the final quarter, many orders are under planning inspection or delivery, to try to arrive at its destination before Christmas. Recently, we have one 20BBL craft beer brewery equipment finished production, so some fresh photos are coming..
Every of our order with some special designs more or less, sincerely hope it could help to give you some ideas on your own beer brewery project. The main parameters of this system as below:
(1). The brewery equipment is 20BBL capacity
(2). The brewhouse based on 3 vessel: Mash tun + Lauter tun + Kettle/whirlpool tun + Hot liquor tank, same as the one we quoted you
(3). The whole brewhouse is designed based on foursquare structure according to the building on site
(4). The lauter tun with VFD controlled grain rake, with auto lifting function to save labour
(5). The mash tun with VFD controlled agitator
(6). We designed a manifold beside the brewhouse tanks, for easier operation of the tanks cleaning
(7). The stainless steel control cabinet is installed on platform for easier operation during brewing, with PLC control and touch screen
(8). For accessing to hydrator easily, we designed one extra stair near the mash tun, it is removable
(9). All of the tanks designed with chimney for steam venting, it is more beautiful
